STORE POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICY

  • It is your responsibility as the customer, to provide me with your correct shipping information. If it is wrong and an item is returned due to incorrect information, you will be charged the returned shipping fee, plus the shipping to have it resent.

  • I will include tracking information with every purchase.

  • Once the tracked item has been marked as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it is no longer my responsibility. If you have not received it, but it said its been delivered, I will not replace or refund the item. It is your responsibility to check in with the carrier for further information. 

  • It is your responsibility as the buyer, to know the custom laws on importing wood into your country. If a package has been returned or confiscated at the boarder due to any importing restrictions in your country, I will not refund nor replace the item. Please check your importing laws before purchasing an original wood-burn.

  • You are responsible as the buyer, for any charges incurred due to import fees, duties, and import taxes that may apply. 

 

 

  • All returns/refunds/exchanges for all my handmade pieces are decided on by a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will be happy to review the issue.
