Sometimes it's hard to describe how you came up with a design. I was creating a series of skull burns and I find the bird skull to be one of the most facsinating, since their beak makes them so recognizable even after death. I added elements that I like and I'm always down with rolling a 20-sided dice! 
If you don't like the hanger you can unscrew it and add your own hanger, or add it to a display case.
